 MTS Ltd was established in 1993 to provide a quality control service to
local authorities and the general construction industry and operates from
a purpose built laboratory in Carlow Town.
Staff are drawn from the civil engineering and science
disciplines. Senior staff have been with the company since its
foundation and have acquired expertise in material specifications and test methods
required by Irish, British and European standards.
INAB accreditation was first awarded by the National Accreditation Board
in October 2000 and each subsequent year the scope of
accreditation has been extended.
MTS Ltd has provided quality control services on
various projects including:

- Kilmacthomas Co Waterford

Kilkenny
- Resurfacing schemes for Dublin, Tipperary, Kilkenny,
Laois and Offaly County Councils.

- M4/M6 Kilcock to Kinnegad.
